PPT Slides - Make each Key Takeaway Super-Clear
Your prospects and clients, no doubt, see a great many presentations. While PowerPoint presentations are an effective communications tool that have become the standard in business, even the most thorough and carefully designed presentations can miss the opportunity to engage audience members, and make your key message stick in their minds.
There is a lot to know about how to create the most effective PPT. One practice I have found success with is to employ the key audience takeaway for each slide as the title -- usually placed at the top.
This helps (forces) the author to the most important messaging, keeps your value positioning in front of the client and helps the presenter to be concise. For example, a slide title may read "Increasing Client Revenue and Sales Effectiveness", rather than "Our Services".
While presenting, it is worth reading these titles as each slide appears to help you drive your key points home.
