Successful Sales Meetings Start with a Verbal Agenda

By srovniak - Posted on 19 March 2009

Start meetings with a verbal agenda. This is a great segue into the main discussion, and it helps to ensure you achieve your sales objectives. It also builds your credibility.

After greetings and informal talk, list 3 to 5 topics you would like to cover together, and ask if there is anything they wish to add. Write it down, and refer to it (especially at the end of the meeting).
